The project includes comprehensive site preparation, hazardous material removal, and structural remediation at the lighthouse site. Work activities involve clearing vegetation, abating asbestos and lead-based paint, removing mould-impacted materials, and repairing concrete surfaces. All operations are conducted under strict environmental and safety controls, with materials, equipment, and personnel transported exclusively by boat and helicopter.
This project ensures the safe removal of hazardous materials and the preservation of the historic lighthouse structure. It protects both the environment and public health while enabling the continued use and conservation of the site. All while showing our ability to work in remote locations.
